Nice work, Gary. That will prove helpful as my current client will need to move some data from Notes to Sharepoint in a near future!

I have a question for you: I managed to read and watch CBTs on Sharepoint administration, and I am somewhat comfortable with Sharepoint administration, but I have a hard time getting good learning material on creating customized Sharepoint solutions (one example would be a document library where you track who read and approved a policy type document). Do you have any links or book names that would help me getting started developping Sharepoint solutions?
