Now that the new version of Speech Server has shipped,. I updated my Notes database with a Phone/Voice interface. It uses my public domino server so you can run this demo if you install Speech
Server and Visual Studio and have a network connection for the web services. Find the new post here

OK, so there is a bug in this version (October 31). It's a small bug and it runs. See if you can find and fix it.
